Columbus Fitness Boot Camp
Boot Camp can be a scary word. It is associated with military training and what’s worse many components of it have been implemented into what’s supposed to be a fitness training (screaming, pushing beyond limits, making people throw up and faint to mention just a few).
Fitness Boot Camp or what is more appropriate group training that helps to improve your fitness and health should be structured properly just like individual personal training session. Everybody can tell you to run to the tree and back and call it a fitness boot camp.
My Evolution Fitness Boot Camp is structured differently.
Notice the word EVOLUTION.
When you come to my “boot camp” you will learn so much that you could become a fitness boot camp instructor.
And that’s what makes my campers so successful. They know what they do, why they do that, and when to do it.
Yes, i will make you sweat and puff a little but you will understand the reason behind it.
The more you can learn the more effective will be your experience with my fitness boot camp.
After you are finished we will both know that you will be fine for the rest of your life because of what you learned here.
I am not going to get into details here on the different training methods that I use in my boot camp. You have to experience it for yourself to understand it.
However, I am going to tell you that if you are looking to expend your knowledge on fitness, your repertoire of exercises and most importantly lose fat as fast as possible and get really strong you’ve got to enroll in my classes.
Before you commit to yourself and my fitness boot camp I will be happy to provide one full week of training just to try it and see if this clicks with you.
